A friend of mine has a VAX running 4.2 with 16 meg of memory; however, the
VAX only recognizes 8 meg of memory.  As I recall there is a system parameter
that must be changed to get the VAX to recognize the other 8 meg.  Can
anybody tell me what it is and what code must be changed if any?  Thanks.
