This is almost > certainly your best bet. Amdahl offers UTS which runs under VM/SP or native on the 370. The latter was announced just recently. Their product has been around several years, and may be somewhat more mature. IX/370 was ported by Interactive Systems, the same people who did PC/IX (Which was an awful port).
