I've posted a program to net.sources that converts fonts in Berkeley vfont
format to apollo format.  If you have a copy of John Brunner's program
to convert Macintosh fonts to vfont format, you can convert those as well.

(arpanauts can find the program via anonymous ftp to host utah-cs, in
pub/cvtfont.pas)
