	Does anyone have any documentation on the protocol that PSI mail
uses over the X.25 circuits? Fiche to PSI mail? Any clues as to where to
start looking (Kevin?)?

	I am trying to interface PSI mail to the LBL Software Tools
Mail System in the same fashion that DECnet/VMSmail is, by writing
code that makes PSI circuits and fakes the protocol.

	If anyone is interested, I am working on drivers for
the Software Tools Mail System to speak SMTP over X.25 circuits.
