What software allows the VAX VMS to be linked to the commercial network
ITT-DIALCOM (USA), TELECOM - GOLD (England) or Goldnet to allow the following:

a. To upload/download files
b. connect the commercial network to the VAX system so that all the users
can be addressed according to their login names and some accounting
can be maintained on each user.
c. messages send to and received from the commercial network,
would automatically be uploaded and downloaded into the internal mail
facility of VMS, allowing for all the work to be done batch (like on Bitnet,
Csnet)
