Subject: Quota exceeded somewhere in the net

Somewhere in the network there is a node which seems to eat all INFO-VAX
messages and not forward them. Possibly this is BLUE.RUTGERS.EDU, but I'm
noy sure. Anyway, I didn't receive any messages from INFO-VAX for 5 days
now. I did receive a message stating that another message was undeliverable
because of a quota problem at the afore mentioned node.

Maybe somebody can do something about it?
