This guy didn't know anything about the law, even though he was a lawyer himself. I asked him about the "best evidence rule" regarding electronic media versus paper records, he didn't even know what the best evidence rule was. I asked him about liability to third parties when hackers damage not only a computer system, but persons whom the damaged or falsified data was about. He said that was a question for a lawyer. HMMMM.
