I know nothing about its purpose/function other than it is supposeed to link Appletalk to Ethernet. I ask because we are just starting to put in Appletalk Clusters here, and I have been told that we will be testing a Kinetics box. This means that I will be eventually asked to support it. Of course, I have been given no documentation other than the name.
