I haven't checked to make sure that the other volumes of the old protocol books are in fact really obsoleted, but considering how important RFC 822 is I would be very careful in throwing out any old documents. Sigh. It's a shame that happened, because otherwise the glossy set is quite a good idea. Is the NIC planning upon more frequent revisions? -- Mark -- -------
