I feel I owe this newsgroup an apology. I was reposting my article
because I was getting all sorts of bounce messages and I didn't
think I was reaching the moderator. I also did not see the posting appear
at all in my mod.vlsi so I'm afraid I must plead innocence.

Again I apologize to the readership of this newsgroup.

If anyone would be so kind. Why did I never see this posted in mod.vlsi?
