Is the source code of this program also available so that one might port the program to other machines with C compilers (esp. the powerfull/low priced new 68K machines)? 2) I heard roumors that all CAD tools/software/whatever is considered "high technology" and *NOT* to be exported from the US - (confirm/deny?) - does SPICE 3 also fall in that category ?
