I've been in the US for a year or two, and am coming back home to to the UK soon (I can't wait ..). I'm wondering how UK prices on profesional audio and synths compare to those here. I'm interested in: synths - dx7, casio, prophet5/10/T-8 8-track tape machines studio effects (reverb, delay, etc) music computers - ST520, etc. and software. If anyone in the UK could send me some sample prices, I'd be one grateful Englisman. Also, a specific question. Whats happened to the CMS system from Clef, for the BBC micro. Does it still exists, is it any good ? I'd be happy to return the favour if anyone's interested in prices here. I have a feeling they are *a lot* lower ....
