Wanted: source-to-source translator

From PASCAL (for TI990 chips, family 10-12)
To any C for 8088 chips

Sorry, I don't have the full specification for the PASCAL dialect of
the source, nor do I know what machine the translator is to run on.

A commercially supported source-to-source translator would be more
helpful than a university product.

Partial solutions (any PASCAL->C, TI990 PASCAL->8088 PASCAL) welcome.
