Has there been any posting of this compiler to the net? 
If not, how would one go about obtaining a copy?
I would be willing to pay for reasonable copying/shipping/media charges
if the sources and/or executable are not available through other easily
accessed channels.  (1/2" tar tape for vax-unix to transfer to amiga, or
3.5" floppy for the amiga)  I could also supply the media of choice.
