    i know Dr. Mario Tokoro of Keio Univ. in Japan developed
    ConcurrentSmalltalk and Orient84/K.

    i heard Orient84/K is
             object-oriented,
             ruled-based,
             access-oriented,
    and      parallel.

    why don't you ask Dr. Tokoro?
