(got a saw on ya' buddy? :-) I thought that I'd be nice and let them know that they where setting themselves up for a class action suit. Were they gratefull? Noooooo. "Gee...we wouldn't do something like that if it were illegal" and some stock phrases were all that I got for my time and effort.
