   Cycle Draw is a drawing mode in which the color of your brush is
cycled WHILE YOU DRAW.  The color range and speed determine which
colors will be cycled through and how fast your brush color will change.
The artist may have used cycle draw to fill the stages of the animation
with sequential colors from the palette.
