CS Dept. Ithaca NY Lines: 17 In a few months my future employer will be buying IBM PC/AT's for most of the people in our department. I am interested in a home computer - to use both for work related jobs and home entertainment/recordkeeping etc. I find the amiga appealing since it is user friendly ( so my wife and kids will be able to use it), has a 68000 processor, and supposedly will be able to run IBM PC software. I haven't seen anything in this group about the emulator but I have seen it advertised. So what's the scoop? Can i expect to run software from my pc/at on the amiga? Will they run at a reasonable pace? Anyone have any experience with the emulator? Is it really available and working? peter
