(again) Message-ID: <1887@gitpyr.UUCP> Date: Sun, 22-Jun-86 17:56:34 EDT Article-I.D.: gitpyr.1887 Posted: Sun Jun 22 17:56:34 1986 Date-Received: Tue, 24-Jun-86 04:30:35 EDT Organization: Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta Lines: 22 I am having some strange problems with a terminal program I have written. For some reason, when it receives a NULL over the serial port, the window kinda dies. The program will continue to receive input through the serial port and print it, but I can't type anything nor close the window. Both of these are done with the window message stuff. I made sure that NULLs didn't get printed and that didn't make any difference...so the problem is that for some odd reason, a NULL received through the serial port is locking up the window. Has anyone had any trouble like this ??
