Subject: Mathematical Word-Processing Software - Request for Information

An acquaintance of mine is interested in attempting to write a mathematical
text but finds his current software woefully inadequate.  He is especially
interested in PD software (for apple; he would consider purchasing a CP/M card
as well) but is interested in information about existing commercial software
as well.  He has low expectations and is chiefly interested in sophisticated
vertical spacing ability to write legible fractions, integrals, and
sub/superscripts.  He would enjoy a few Greek letters if possible.  He is not
at all a computer person and would appreciate what-you-see-is-what-you-get
style wordprocessing, but could adapt I'm sure, especially as far as symbols
go.
