Some friends of mine are running Apple Pascal 1.2 on a IIe.  They have written
a lot of graphics stuff, and would like some way of dumping the contents of the
graphics screen to their Imagewriter printer.

I told them I'd write a screen dumper if I had to... but somebody out there
*has* to have beaten me to it.  Therefore, I'd like to know if anyone on
the net has written or can direct me to a public-domain graphics screen
dumper for the Pascal/Applewriter combination.  I don't mind entering it
from a hard copy if necessary.

PS:  I already have an 80-column *text* dumper based on one in a magazine
article (I forget where) a few months ago... let me know if you'd like that.
