I wrote a little "Hello, world!" program in C, and compiled using the developers kit. From the "command.prg" supplied with the developers kit, I can issue "hello" and get the expected output, but when I try to redirect the output with "hello >outfile", it creates an empty file. I tried sticking in some flushes & stuff, but nothing seems to work. I could swear I had this work once, but it may have been before I got my ROMS. I can redirect output from "dir" commands & such (although dir needs an arguement when trying to redirect) just fine. Details: 520ST with 1 Meg upgrade & ROMS. Problem occurs with or without ramdisk (512K lmd's) linked with: link68 [u,tem[m:],s] hello.68k=gemstart,hello.o,gemlib,osbind,libf Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. -- -- Mike Hojnowski (Hojo) {ihnp4,rochester,decvax}!cornell!batcomputer!mqh
