TDI Modula-2 for the Atari ST (possibly also for the Amiga) has a
function called DaTime in GEMDOS for getting and setting the time stamp
on a file.  I would like to use it for several utilities (for example, a
version of touch(1) on Unix systems), but I cannot get it to work.
Detailed information or a sample of working code would be appreciated.
