From talking to Atari at the recent Consumer Electronic Show here in Chicago
and from what I have read elsewhere, all future 520ST computers will be
made with the RF modulator built-in but the 1040ST will never have the RF
modulator built-in.  Since Atari doesn't make specific models for selected
regions, I'm sure that all regions will get the 520STM version when the
520ST's are flushed out of the pipe line.
