We have been deluged with error messages from CSNET-RELAY and rejections
in trying to send messages to BITNET via WISCVM.

From this end it appears that both gateways are having problems.

At this point I have two recommendations:

1. Defer sending mail to info-atari* until we figure out what is
happening.

2. Anyone who knows what is happening, please communicate it to us
at this address.
