 Thanks again for fast responses - as we all found out the
^K option had some problems but I did get the online versions
from info-mac@sumex. The 'Laser_1.2' version worked fine
after I edited it to use as a header file. The annotated 'laserprep'
file worked also but had a few more font inconsistencies.

The combination of the advice on the net & these files has
solved our problem.
