It looks like the answer to the problem is to go COMMAND-F while selecting print and that will put it to a file called 'postscript' rather than sending it out on appletalk. How intuitive!, I should have known. Is there anymore to it than that? - - just send the file called 'postscript' to the printer, and it should work, -OR- is there some kind of initialization that needs to be done first.
