Just heard off of the BMUG BBS:  There is a bug in Pagemaker, such that
Superscripted helvetica characters are printed as smoothed bitmaps
of the Macintosh versions of the font, and not as the laserwriter
versions of the font.

Disclaimer:  I haven't verified this, and so won't stand behind it as
TRUTH.  However, anyone out there w/a laserwriter and Pagemaker could
surely test it and let the net know first hand...
