The recent discussion on MacPaint file formats prompts me to ask an associated
question --

	How do you take a portion of a screen bitmap and turn it into a PICT
	resource?

Is there an easier way than analyzing the rect of interest and issuing a
bunch of LineTo, MoveTo calls after an OpenPicture? I assume that this would
work, but as far as I can see it would produce a rather large PICT resource.
