Bug list for Smartty 2.4b:

	(1) Setting Backspace to DEL does not work. Control-backspace
	    will always generate a DEL, so a workaround is available.
	(2) VT100 emulation does not work with VAX EDT, though
	    VT52 emulation does. Use VT52 mode with VAX EDT for
	    this version.
	(3) Transmitting files in ASCII mode can cause you to
	    run out of file handles. Quitting SMARTTY and returning
	    to it will clear the problem.
	(4) Time-out logic does not work 100% of the time, which
	    leads to anomolously aborted file transfers. Retrying
	    almost always works.

Bugs 1, 2, and 3 will be fixed for version 2.4c. The fourth bug should
be, but I can't guarantee it. If you request a copy, please specify whether
you want to wait for this bug to be fixed (which may be a long wait).
