All the tools described in SOFTWARE TOOLS (written in Pascal and RatFor) are
now available as FreeWare in the Turing programming language.  Turing is
available from the University of Toronto (utcsri!distrib or distrib@Toronto).
The translation of the Kernighan&Plauger SOFTWARE TOOLS was done at Queen's
University under the direction of Prof. J.R. Cordy.

I've got copies of the tools if you want them.
