We were unable to make a match between the Sperry Monitor and graphics cards and AUtoDac, but that might have chjanged since ( 6 months). We bought the Sigma Design's Color 400 board and Princeton SR12 monitor and get 640x400 with 16 color from the combination. We are pleased with the Sperry and these cards with one major exception: We are unable to get the computer to recongize more than 512K with our losing the monitor display!!. He have a full 1 meg installed but when properly addressed, it won't work. I've heard some comment that the problem relates to having a first out computer mother board and that the revision now would work, but I have not had a way to prove this, let alone wondering what I can do about it if I do so. The IT comes with a 44 meg HD and serial and parallel ports and can handle more devices in the 'box' than an AT. SysV is available for it now, and it runs well from what I've seen on a system I've observed. Oh, yes, I do know that the Tecmar color card also works fine, I've tested that with a CUB monitor; naturally it is interlaced while the Sigma is now, and there is no flicker. . -- Robert L.
