Does anyone know of a version of the MS-DOS archiver that has
been re-written for *NIX. This is the popular archive utility
that is used with most BBS system. I think the current name
is arc51.exe.

I get a lot of source on my board that occasionally someone
not running PC/MS-DOS needs a copy and I need a way to unarchive
it for them.
