After several requests, here is the speed adjustment program I mentioned
in a previous article. I have no idea who wrote it; there are no obvious
markings and it came off a BBS here in the UK. If the author is around
and recognises it I hope they don't mind!
I have not used this program much but it seems to work OK. It isn't
fooled by a faster processor such as a NEC V20, although I haven't tried
any others.
The program is given below; I dont have any source so it is a uuencoded
.EXE file.
