Lotus 1-2-3 Rel 2 does not include some of the Printgraph drivers
that were present in Rel 1A: in particular, the "double density"
Epson drivers are missing.  There used to be as many as 4 Epson
drivers of different densities; Rel 2 has only two: "low density"
which seems to be the same as the "single density" of Rel 1A, and
"high density" which may be the Rel 1A "quad density".

The problem is that high density is too slow, and low density is
too coarse.

The (temporary) fix is to go back to using Rel 1A of Printgraph, which
will apparently accept Rel 2 .PIC files.  Lotus will be coming out
with some new drivers, which may address the problem.
