Oasys sells and supports it with (demand paged) SVR2 UN*X. The UN*X port wasn't done by Definicon so I believe Oasys is the best source for the complete package. Its my guess that you won't see a real UN*X for the '020 Definicon board until the 68851 PMMU becomes available ( REAL SOON NOW :-) ) since they built the board for that MMU and don't provide any other memory management circuitry.
