What graphics software is available for use with MicroSoft Fortran?  I have a
friend who needs to control HP plotters using Fortran in an MS-DOS environment.
Are there subroutine libraries available?  He could use both low-level graphics
and business graphics, through serial and/or IEE-488 ports.
