   Does anyone have any experiece with, or hearsay evidence about,
the Avatex 1200 modem?  At $79, this is the least expensive 300/1200
baud modem I have seen.  We have both an Atari 520ST and a TI 99/4A.
One of the comments that I have received from an Atari user is that
this modem may not be compatible with other PC's.  Is the Avatex
compatible with the TI 99?
