     CONDOMINIUM FOR RENT

We are looking for someone to rent a 2 bedrooms condo
in Waltham. The location is excellent :
	  - close to route 2,
	  - close to route 128,
	  - walking distance from STAR , McDonalds, Friendly, Osco Drug.
	  - 20 minutes drive to Boston/Cambridge.

The condo set has a swimming pool (free for tenants's use) open 
during the three summer months of June, July and August.

The apartment is to be rented for ONE year starting September 1,
1986 (available for moving into around August 22,1986).

The rent is US$750.00/month including water and heating.
The utilities include refrigerator, stove, dishwasher
and garbage disposal. The building has a common laundry
washer and dryer in the basement.
