I suggest you use the shorter word, "reframing", introduced by Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). Don't be put off by the fact that they use it to describe both "context reframing" (which makes sense) and "content reframing" (which is an oxymoron, it should be "content reinterpretation", except that's uglier and more complicated :-).
