wb2 has been giving "REMOTE ACCESS UNAVAILABLE" for some time now;
you should probably remake your uucp maps to show it as dead for
the nonce.

Also, just wanted to reiterate until the new maps come out, the
burl <==> icase uucp connection is permanently dead (or until someone
at icase calls me with their new phone number/login info); this is
also reflected in the new map I sent to cbosgd!uucpmap.
