	Mr. Wagoner,

	I have a request for a copy of your program that will check
	the password file for commonly tried passwords by hackers.
	The request is from Mary Sue Williams, the System Administrator in
	charge of security and passwords.  She also ask to tell
	you that we do not use the login "root" on our UNIX systems.
