Stargate is a arcade video game made by Williams.  A friend of mine has one
in his living room  It's full name is, as far as I can tell from the neon 
spray paint on the box, "Stargate Defender".  It is basically an enhanced
version of defender.  It is also available on the PC.  A version was put
into net.sources a while ago but it turned out to be bootleg, so OF COURSE
I DELETED MY COPY... (however, I have heard it is truly awe inspiring at
say 8Mhz on a AT Clone. 

Perhaps someone should contact Williams and inform them that they should
be sueing.....

I was really disapointed when I found out what this newsgroup was all about.
I was hoping to get some tips so I could get High Score on Steve's machine.
I think you should rename your project.  Many video junkies already know and
love the Real Stargate.
