The following quatrain is by Igor Guberman. I've translated it 
from Russian without the author's permission. (The last I 
heard, he was still imprisoned).



    
    The People here threw off their thrall,
     Achieving all their hearts could crave:
    Struck down the Masters, one and all.
     Now, everyone around's a Slave.
