Has anyone put together the missing pieces of the hersel-herps stuff
that lets ditroff use these fonts? It seems that psdit would have to
be modified. If anyone has done this please let me know. I don't want
to have to do it if someone already has.

I am also curious why the originator of the herps-hersel stuff
couldn't/wouldn't send this part out. Was it some sort of licensing
issue? If that is a concern, we have source license for ditroff 
and transcript.
