While n/troff, WWB, PWB ... are great tools there is still
refer which does not exist in the PC-XENIX/UNIX world.  Is
there source code available for refer and all its associated
programs, or better yet, has it already been moved to
iAPX*86's or 68*'s.  Our work is dependent on knowing what has
been written in our field and refer would be appreciated.

Addendum:  Does something else exist which would function like
refer and also interface with n/troff?
