I heard that there is an unclassified report 
available that compares all of the commercial 
AI tools (KEE, Knowledge Craft, ART, etc.).  
This report was supposed to have been generated 
at/for Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.  
Does anyone have any information (title, report 
number, where I can obtain a copy) on such a 
report?
