Has anyone been able to bring version 4D(060) of the C-Kermit up on the
apollos.  I tried to make a bsd version of it and some of the
<sys/ioctl.h> calls seem fail.  Things like fcntl(...)  when the code
tries to set exclusive access to /dev/sio1.  fcntl seems to set the bits
kermit wants set but returns with an error that indicates:  "no such
file or directory exists".  But when I go back and read the bits using
fcntl again I do not get an error and the bits are set!  Anyone else had
trouble with <sys/ioctl.h>?
