	Does anyone know how to change the timezone engraved in the
kernel/vmm/volmgr?  I know you are allowed to set it when initially
loading your disk, but I am not at liberty to do so again.  As it is
now, one of our systems is on PST and we have to set the TZ environment
variable to the same in order to get correct dates on that system.
