Dick Thomson has just heard of an internal Dec memo that states
"Thou shall not use file transfer program on Decservers".
I was going to put this on EAN put I thought that maybe you
could contact your Dec communications people to verify this memo and
get an official explanation.

(Kermit is the file transfer protocol in question)

Does anyone have any information on this?
